What things give you energy?
I tend to operate on pretty low energy permanently. I have high functioning anxiety and depression so although my energy and mood is often low I’m always on the go.
I would say I get energy from a good nights sleep, and weirdly enough the more exercise I do the more energy I have. I tend to stay hydrated with water, I find myself to be constantly thirsty so drinking over 2L’s of water a day has never really been an issue for me.
There’s not really much else I get my energy from, I just push myself to do the things that need doing and to exercise frequently. Having a dog and body dysmorphia means constant exercise for me, which isn’t a bad thing I suppose. Not the body dysmorphia part, lol.
